1. Who These Terms Apply To

These Terms of Use (Terms) govern your access to and use of the Presage website at presage.ai and any subpages (the Site), operated by Devesh Jawla (we, us, our). By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. What the Site Is

The Site is a marketing and information resource for Presage, an AI-powered predictive maintenance service for industrial and manufacturing environments. The Site includes an ROI Calculator tool that generates indicative financial estimates. The Site does not provide professional engineering, financial, or legal advice.

3. ROI Calculator - No Guarantee of Results

The ROI Calculator produces estimates based on generalised industry benchmarks drawn from published industry reports and the inputs you provide. These outputs are for indicative purposes only. They do not constitute a guarantee, warranty, or promise of any specific financial outcome.

Actual results depend on your specific equipment, maintenance practices, asset condition, operational environment, and many other factors outside our control.
