Presage is operated by Devesh Jawla (we, us, our). We provide AI-powered predictive maintenance software for industrial and manufacturing environments. Contact us via the contact page.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect personal data only when you actively provide it:

• Contact form: first name, last name, work email, company name, industry, enquiry type, message.
• ROI Calculator: anonymised operational inputs (labour cost, materials cost, downtime cost, machine count, OEE, maintenance score, industry). No name or email is collected here.

We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics scripts on this website. No data is collected passively.

3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

For contact form submissions we process your data on the basis of consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) - you tick the checkbox to agree before submitting. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

ROI Calculator data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in understanding how the tool is used to improve it. No personal data is captured through the calculator.

4. How We Use Your Data

• To respond to your enquiry.
• To schedule a demo if requested.
• To send information about Presage that is directly relevant to your enquiry, where you have consented.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Where Data Is Stored

Contact form submissions are stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to Devesh Jawla. Google Workspace is used under standard contractual clauses and is GDPR-compliant. Data is stored within the European Economic Area or in jurisdictions with an adequacy decision.

6. Retention

We retain contact form data for up to 24 months from the date of your last interaction with us, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first. ROI Calculator data (non-personal) is retained indefinitely for product analytics.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland you have the right to:

• Access - request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification - ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Erasure - ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten").

We use Google Fonts (served from Google's CDN) to render typefaces. This may result in your IP address being logged by Google. See Google's Privacy Policy. No other third-party scripts are loaded.

Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. Our Google Sheet is access-controlled and not publicly shared. We review access permissions regularly.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
