ROI Calculator data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in understanding how the tool is used to improve it. No personal data is captured through the calculator.

Contact form submissions are stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to Devesh Jawla. Google Workspace is used under standard contractual clauses and is GDPR-compliant. Data is stored within the European Economic Area or in jurisdictions with an adequacy decision.
We retain contact form data for up to 24 months from the date of your last interaction with us, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first. ROI Calculator data (non-personal) is retained indefinitely for product analytics.
